gearHABIT offers a 15-day, Money-Back, Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any uninstalled and unopened item for any reason within the first 15 days from invoice, complete the Return Request Form. With the Return Request Form you must include:
A copy of your receipt, bill of sale, or order number
A written description of the problem
Your contact information, including name, address and telephone number.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are typically processed within two (2) business days, Monday through Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number and instructions on how to ship the uninstalled and unopened item, at your expense, to the gearHABIT Return Center.
Please note that by filling out the RMA Request form, you agree to the information below.
• 15 Day Satisfaction Refunds allow you to return complete, uninstalled, unopened, undamaged hardware, with Prepaid shipping by the customer, for a full merchandise refund under the following conditions:Merchandise must be sent back within 15 days from date we issue the RMA, in its original packaging and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces.
• Software cannot be opened or tampered with. Car kits and repeaters cannot be returned once installed. Memory cards are not returnable unless defective.
• Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
• The package MUST have our Return Authorization Number on the return label!
• Packages returned without the Return Authorization Number on it will not be processed, and may be refused or returned!
• To obtain a Return Authorization Number please complete the Return Request Form
• On 15 Day Satisfaction Refund requests, customer is responsible for shipping charges to us, and return must be shipped within 15 days.
• Refused or address incomplete shipments will be charged twice the normal shipping fee.
• On orders where free shipping was invoiced, the published shipping fee is deducted from the 15 Day Satisfaction refund.
• Replacement items are shipped prepaid by us to you.
• We may invoice your credit card for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, and process refunds to your credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements.
gearHABIT, at its option, will at no charge repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any Product or Accessory that applies to this guarantee. gearHABIT may use functionally equivalent reconditioned, refurbished, pre-owned or new products, accessories or parts. Replacements will only be of the same item. If the exact same item is not available, we may substitute a similar item with the same functionality at no extra charge.
